As you enter this property, you are immediately greeted with a home tucked away in the woods. This three bedroom, two bathroom home is located in Higden, Arkansas (Greers Ferry), and is sitting right on the banks of Greers Ferry Lake and more specifically close to the location known as The Narrows.

When you step into this home you are immediately able to see the beautiful view of Greers Ferry Lake right on the other side of the floor to ceiling windows (that cover a majority of the back wall). The open floor-plan concept of this home allows you to see the lake while cooking in the kitchen, dining, and relaxing in the living room. When you step out onto the vast back porch, you will find additional seating out there, along with stairs that will take you straight to the water.

Back inside, you will find a master bedroom (lakeview), master bathroom, laundry room, a second bedroom with a queen bed (lakeview), a third bedroom with two twin beds, and another full bathroom. This home will comfortably sleep 8 and is the perfect place to bring your family to get away from it all. The kitchen includes basic utensils, cookware, appliances, etc. needed for cooking the perfect dinner!

The walk-in access to the lake will also make for a great day of swimming behind the house, and relaxing in the sun! It is also a short distance from a marina where boat rentals are available.

    Large home with plenty of room. It is older and very secluded. No TV service or wifi. Clean. Management was responsive to questions and needs. AC malfunctioned while we were there but they had it serviced quickly. Lake is accessible right behind the house but down a steep hill. Views are amazing from the very large deck and the great room. Ice machine in kitchen was very handy.
