Welcome to All Decked Out, a spacious home for gathering by Greers Ferry Lake. Spend the day at the water, then come back to lake views from the deck and an evening around the backyard fire pit.

The open main floor brings the kitchen, dining area, and living room together. Share a meal at the dining table, pull up a seat at the kitchen bar, or settle into the sectional for a movie by the fireplace. The kitchen has cookware and utensils for preparing meals at home.

Downstairs, the game room has a pool table, bar, and arcade, with easy access to the backyard. Outside, the deck has room for dining and grilling. A path from the property leads to the lake, while the backyard offers space to gather around the fire pit.

The four bedrooms accommodate up to 14 guests. The primary bedroom has a king bed, views of Greers Ferry Lake, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and double vanity.

  Excellent property in excellent condition. Convenient to downtown Heber Springs. 20 minutes from the Heber Springs Marina; and about 5-10 minutes from the Dam Site Marina. The management company acted quickly and professionally when informed some paper goods were missing upon arrival. The kitchen is well-stocked, and the balcony has amazing views of the lake. I wish the basement had a bathroom, as 6 bunk beds are set up in a single room, and there is no bathroom downstairs. All appliances were in working order, and it was climate controlled and felt safe to take walks in the neighborhood. I strongly recommend it - with the hope that the bathroom situation can be rectified some day.

  We love this house with it's beautiful peaceful views and large gathering areas in the living room, dining room, and kitchen. It really lends itself well to connecting conversations and family games. We were sad that the fireplace is in poor working order and lets smoke out into the living area. It definitely needs inspection and repair to vent properly. After the first day, we had to stop using it, and it was one of the things we had really been looking forward to.
  I also have found the oven in this house to be quite a nuisance over the years when staying here. It blows a lot of heat out into the house, and it really would be better if there were a double oven since people who visit are typically cooking for crowds.
  It is easy to find and conveniently located and it was easy to get in touch with the agent with our questions. I would recommend it to others if the issues with the fireplace and oven were fixed.
