Cabin 15 at Lobo Landing is a cozy riverfront retreat made for fishing trips, quiet weekends, and time spent along the Little Red River. With the river just outside and direct access down to the water, this cabin puts one of the area’s biggest attractions front and center.

Inside, the cabin has a warm, rustic feel with a rock wood-burning fireplace anchoring the living room. A Smart TV above the mantel provides a comfortable place to relax after a day on the water, while the fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals at the cabin.

The main-floor bedroom features a king bed. Upstairs, an enclosed bedroom offers a queen bed and its own TV, giving both sleeping areas added comfort and privacy. The full bathroom includes a jacuzzi tub that is perfect for unwinding after a long day of fishing or exploring.

Outside is where Cabin 15 really shines. The screened-in porch and deck overlook the Little Red River, creating a peaceful place for morning coffee or an evening in the rockers. Stone steps lead down toward the water’s edge where guests can fish from the bank, while the elevated fire-pit area provides another great place to enjoy the river setting.

A large cast-iron grill is available for outdoor cooking, and guests also have access to a dock at the nearby Lobo Landing Marina.

Cabin 15 sits directly on the banks of the Little Red River, known for its world-class trout fishing. Lobo Landing Marina, the fishing dock, and boat ramp are nearby, making it easy to spend the day on the water.

Downtown Heber Springs is approximately 10 minutes away with restaurants, shopping, boutiques, antique stores, and entertainment. Greers Ferry Lake, area hiking trails, boating, kayaking, and other outdoor activities are also within easy driving distance.

  Property description perfectly described. Lovely cabin. Awesome view! Clean. Everything included that we needed and more! Customer service above and beyond her expectations! Would recommend and have!
  Only complaint is the maintenance guy mowed on our first evening from around 6-8pm when we would have rather heard the sound of birds and such instead of a lawnmower!! Recommend morning or early afternoon mow!!

  This cabin was the perfect getaway. Loved the screened in porch over looking the Little Red river. Even the rainy day was awesome listening to the sounds of nature while in a rocking chair outside. Cabin is extremely clean and well maintained. All needed amenities. Not a bad drive to anything you want to do in the area. Will definitely be back.

  We had a great weekend staying in this little cabin on the river. It was clean and the view was amazing. The kitchen was fully stocked (except only one trash bag so might want to bring your own if you have kids) and the grill easy to use. We were able to start a fire in the fire pit easily and roast marshmallows as well.
  
  Only con was the area to the river had very tall grass which is complicated with small children. However, we did receive a lot of rain and have stayed in the past and this was not an issue.
