Welcome to Cabin #12 at Lobo Landing, a cozy log cabin perfectly situated on the banks of the world-famous Little Red River. Whether you're here to fish, relax, or explore, you'll love being just minutes from Greers Ferry Lake, Sugarloaf Mountain, and downtown Heber Springs.

Inside, you'll find vaulted wood ceilings, a comfortable living area with a stone gas fireplace, Smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen. The main level features a king bedroom and full bathroom, while the loft offers two twin beds. A sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space for up to 6 guests.

This is not our first time at Lobo Landing. As always, it is quite the respite away from city life. The cabin is fantastic, clean, and all the comforts you need. The screened in porch is the best place to watch the Little Red River float by. Sounds of owls, birds, frogs, and geese are all you hear. Relaxing long weekend. Enjoyed what Heber Springs has to offer including outdoor activities, cool local stores and good restaurants as well. We always love our time here. Will definitely be back.

The cabin was beautiful, and well equipped! The view to the river was beautiful, and the screened in porch was comfortable and very peaceful! Fishing wasn’t the best, but we still had a wonderful time! We will definitely be back! Would recommend this property!

Very nice cabin. I was disappointed that the marina was not staffed for bait or boat rental. I have been going there now on 20 years and stayed in most of the cabins and yours was as nice as the rest. I miss when there used to be a restaurant and bait shop with boat rentals. I tried calling several time before my visit but no one answered at the marina.

Had a great and stress free stay. Watched a bald eagle fly down and snatch a fish from the river. Cabin could be more ADA compliant. Being disabled I found the steps to the cabin a bit challenging. And I would suggest chair height toilet.

Although we have been fishing the Little Red River for years, it was our first stay in the “new” cabins at Lobo. It was a last minute trip, so we were relieved to find a place to stay. The cabin is beautiful and the decor is perfect! The view of the river and all the wildlife is amazing. The convenience of having a boat ramp and marina on site is time saving. In addition, we could walk down to the river right in front of our cabin. Fishing was good! Caught our limit of trout. We had fun! The only improvement I can suggest is more deep cleaning. Also, we would have felt more comfortable if the front windows had blinds or some type of covering for night time.

The cabin was a relaxing weekend. The cabin was in good condition. It could have been a little cleaner but in good condition. The landscape needed to be maintained better to make it so you could walk down to the river.

Nice cottage,small but comfortable for just a few days. A bit noisy as there is construction next door but quiet on the weekends. Very convenient to boat dock. Enjoyed sitting on the screened porch in the evenings!
