As soon as you pull down the drive of this home you will be greeted with expansive views of Greers Ferry Lake. Walking inside, you will find an open concept floor plan that includes the living room, kitchen, and dining area. Off of the main living room is a large deck with views for miles! The master bedroom is located off the kitchen and features an en-suite bathroom, jacuzzi tub, and an entrance to a private deck. Upstairs are the three bedrooms with a large bathroom to share. On the bottom level, there is a great couch for lounging, TV, game table, and plenty of fun games! You will also find a full bathroom and the fifth bedroom with two sets of bunk beds. Off of the ground level is another great deck with more stunning views!

Miller Point is just a quick drive from both Heber Springs and Greers Ferry where you will find restaurants, shops, marinas, walking trails, and more!

  Overall the home was a nice fit for our large group. The view was great and the house seemed spacious enough. Communication from the host wasn't the best as the beverage fridge wasn't working and we received no response when asking about it. Also, the grill turned out to be a charcoal grill instead of a gas one like mentioned by the host when asked which left us having to drive back into town to get materials. House was clean. Pillows weren't the best especially downstairs in the bunk room. Driveway was very steep at entrance and turning around was tough for large vehicles as it was narrow. Down stairs couch does make out into a sofa-bed. We rented a boat from Laceys marina in the narrows which was only about 20 mins away and an easy drive. Had to pull up the map to drop a pin to get to the accurate location as apple maps didn't pull the correct address when plugging it in my phone.

  Nice amenities, beautiful views, comfortable for everyone in our family. But....If someone had cleaned for bugs, we we may have been able to enjoy the deck. There were simply spiders and bugs everywhere, over every surface of deck and it's furniture.

  We rented the Double Decker House for a weekend of fun! We had three couples and two teen girls. The property was perfect and we could have easily had many more people. The kitchen is well stocked. The mater bedroom is very comfortable with a private screened in porch. The only drawback was that the pillows were not very good. Next time we’ll pack our own. We didn’t arrive to the property until we’ll after dark. I do feel like more descriptive details would help. The driveway is long and barely more than a trail. It’s dark and desolate. We felt like we were traveling in a horror movie. Our friends were already there and assured us to continue and the ending would be worth it. And it was! Would absolutely rent again!

  Very high end home, absolutely beautiful view, and very well kept. Driveway could potentially be a little difficult for some vehicles. Very steep turn in and very little room for turn arounds.

  I couldn’t get enough of the view! Just gorgeous. Sat on the deck every day. No mosquitos , no need for bug spray. A deer family came by every day. We rented a boat at Eden Isle Marina for a beautiful lake day ! The house has three levels, all big and beautiful. Lovely bathrooms with soft fluffy towels. Big tv/game room on the lower floor. Huge dvd library. Great kitchen supplies! Easy check-in with good instructions . I hope to go again sometime!

  It was super clean, super relaxing, & had an amazing view! We will be staying again!! Wish there was a place for a fire pit so we could have made s'mores while looking at the gorgeous view!! Fire pit or not, we will be staying again.. beautiful place.
