The Space:
Inside you will immediately be greeted by natural light pouring in from the large windows that line the back of the house. The open concept floor plan will allow for easy entertaining and family fun! The entry way boasts the pool table and then you immediately flow into the living room, dining room, and the newly updated kitchen. Legacy Lodge is filled with comfortable furnishings and everything you will need to make your trip an unforgettable experience! The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the cookware & utensils that you will need to cook a delicious meal after a fun day on the lake. On the main floor you will also find the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and the laundry room. Off of the living room you step right on to the main deck that is furnished with comfortable outdoor seating, a dining table, TV, and a gas grill.

Located downstairs are three bedrooms + two bathrooms. The first is furnished with one queen bed and one twin bed, the second has two sets of bunk beds, and the last has a queen bed with an en-suite bathroom as well as a private entrance to the lower deck. The lower deck is where all the fun will be happening! With a ping pong table, darts, connect four, and baggo, you will never run out of things to do! Walking down towards the water there is a newly installed outdoor firepit with custom furniture, and further down towards the lake is a peaceful landing with two chairs. Legacy Lodge at Fairfield Bay is perched up on a hill, so you do have to walk down steps to get to the water.
