The Property: When entering this riverfront home, you are immediately met with an open floor plan consisting of the kitchen, living room, and dining room. The master bedroom is located right off the kitchen and features a king size bed, Smart TV, and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom is located off the dining room area and features a queen bed, ensuite bathroom, Smart TV, and stunning views of the Little Red River. The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa, working wood burning fireplace, and a large smart TV. Stepping out onto the 1,000sqf deck, you are immediately greeted with expansive views of the Little Red River. There, you will also find a large charcoal grill + outdoor seating and table. Off the deck is the entrance to a screened in patio and the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee. An easy walk down to the private dock, which has two boat slips available for use, you can experience the best trout fishing on the Little Red River right off the dock! At night, you can take advantage of the fire pit off the deck and enjoy the sunset.

The house is fully furnished with everything you need including, free Wifi and Hulu TV package, washer and dryer, TV’s in every room, DVD/Blu-Ray player in the guest bedroom, board games and puzzles, every kitchen utensil you could think of, plenty of extra towels and blankets, and much more!

The Location: The Trout House is located by the Cow Shoals walk-in access on the Little Red River. The Little Red River is among the blue-ribbon trout streams of America and takes her place alongside the White as one of the best trout waters in the South. Each Fall, fly fishermen from around the world come to this prime location to catch World Class Native Brown Trout during the Fall Spawn.
