Inside Boulder Shores, you will immediately be greeted by natural light pouring in from the large windows that line the back of the house on the main and upper level. This home features four expansive decks that offer stunning 180 degree views of Greers Ferry Lake. With 10,000 square feet of space, it is the perfect place for your family to gather for an unforgettable experience. On the main level you will find the master bedroom (king bed), living room, half bathroom, kitchen, dining area, and laundry room. The professional kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook the perfect meal. The main floor also has a towering rock fireplace and seating for everyone. On the top level there is a wrap around interior balcony, two decks, and a bedroom (twin bed + trundle bed) + en suite bathroom. Heading downstairs below the main level, you will find the game room, two bedrooms (two queen beds in each room) + en suite bathrooms. There is also another living area, wet bar, and deck. On the very bottom level there is one set of bunk beds with an additional trundle bed and a second master bedroom (king bed). This level also gives you access to stairs that lead you to the shores of the lake.


The Location:
Boulder Shores is located in the Diamond Bluff lakefront community. It sits on 13 acres of land and features 700 feet of lakefront shoreline. Diamond Bluff is just a quick drive from both Heber Springs and Greers Ferry where you will find restaurants, shops, marinas, walking trails, and more!

  House was very spacious. Kitchen was wonderfully equipped and functional. Beds are very comfortable. You do get a hike walking down to the water, but the makes it worth it. Amenities really felt like a home. Only, negative is that you don’t want to pull a boat into property because it will be difficult to turn around. Definitely recommend for large family gathering.

After we found out it was for sale we did the math between the 5 families, to buy it we loved it that much, By far the best of our many vacations vrbo and homeaway included.The lake right there the 100 plus steps down great excercise lol so peaceful

  We came to stay for a long weekend for thrle eclipse and loved it. The owners left us a cute decorated big cookie and viewing glasses! They set out baskets of toy horses and lincoln logs for our toddler, and a high chair, which was very thoughtful. There are safety gates on the stairs on the main floor, which helped keep a fast-moving toddler safe.
  The rooms and amenities are as described. The kitchen is fantastically well-stocked with equipment and the small cabinet labels helped us find things. The view over the lake is gorgeous. We would stay again and recommend to anyone.

  When we arrived, we were so excited it looked just like in the photos. The Beautiful house was better than the pictures. View of the lake Magnificent! We rented a boat for 2 of the 4 days and the children were so happy. I would suggest getting raccoon proof garbage cans! No matter where we put the trash they got to it and was a time to clean it up! But we managed!

  We loved our stay at Boulder Shores!! We spent a lot of time on the main deck because the view and sunsets were awesome! Many in our family said that the beds were super comfortable. That has been an issue at other houses. The large table was great for family dinners and playing games. The swimming area was perfect! We truly enjoyed our week on Greers Ferry Lake at this gorgeous house! For a family of 14 adults for a week, the house really needs a second refrigerator and more trash cans outside. Otherwise we loved our stay!

  Family converged from across the country to gather on the beautiful Greers Ferry Lake. We enjoyed the wonderful view from the well-appointed decks of the rental. The floor plan is great for multiple families and the young adults enjoyed nightly games of pool and fun in the lower level gameroom. Alll 13 of us comfortably gathered in the oversized kitchen for meals and great conversation throughout each day. Would definitely choose this home again for our next visit.

  I’m super late in writing this review but I must say this is by far the best vacation home we ever stayed in. Plenty of spaces for multiple families. Amazing views from throughout the house.
  
  All the kids loved it too due to the game room and other available board games, etc.
  
  On our way out, met the owner, who was extremely nice.
  
  The property management company was always easy to reach if we had any questions.
