Narrows Escape is a lakefront home on Greers Ferry Lake with easy access to the water, beautiful sunset views, and plenty of space to relax both indoors and out.

Inside, the main home features an open-concept layout with a comfortable living room, gas fireplace, Smart TV, and plenty of seating. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking meals at home and opens toward a cozy breakfast nook that is perfect for dining, playing cards, or gathering together.

Two bedrooms and two full bathrooms are located in the main home. Both bedrooms feature queen beds, and one includes a private en-suite bathroom.

The third bedroom and third full bathroom are located in a detached structure connected by the deck. This space includes two full beds, a TV, additional seating, and laundry space, making it a great setup for families or groups who want a little extra privacy.

The screened-in porch is one of the highlights of the property, with plenty of seating, rocking chairs, a dining table for eight, and incredible views of Greers Ferry Lake. Step outside to enjoy the expansive lawn, firepit area, picnic table, horseshoe pit, and a gentle walk down to the water for swimming and fishing.

A Weber gas grill is available on the deck for outdoor meals, and the property sits on more than three acres in a peaceful neighborhood that is great for morning walks.

Lacey's Narrows Marina is less than five minutes away, making it easy to rent a boat and spend the day exploring Greers Ferry Lake, including destinations like Sugar Loaf Mountain.

  Would highly recommend this place for a quiet peaceful getaway. The lake views were beautiful and relaxing. The location is great the house is situated at the end of a dead-end road, so very little traffic. Has a huge outdoor space for a family.

  We absolutely loved this house and property. Everything was updated. Beds were comfortable, house was spacious, bathrooms were perfect! We loved having the separate bedroom with 2bds/bath. The rental company was beyond helpful during our stay. The screened in porch was a dream. Sat outside morning and evenings watching boats cruising through the Narrows. Restaurants were close. Grocery store less than 3 mins away. So close to Laceys Marina. We had zero complaints. I would highly recommend this house to anyone wanting a lake getaway.

  The house and outdoor area was better than described. The screened in porch was terrific for the family. There were minimal bugs around the outdoors. The only problem was the WIFI. One person at the management said there was no WIFI. Then the next person said there was and the password was on back of router. We never did get it to work, however one person had a hotspot on their phone which made it no big deal.
