Riverside Retreat

This retreat houses a lot of amenities for a relaxing stay on the river. Includes private dock and just minutes from boat launch!

The home has a dining area and living room with a beautiful view of the Little Red River. You can watch the river through the beautiful bay windows. On the main floor you’ll find a bedroom with two queen beds, a bathroom, fully functioning kitchen, and a laundry room. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessary appliances to create a delicious meal for your friends and family. Your kids will love reading nook that can be found next to the fireplace in the living room.

You’ll find a room with a twin trundle up the stairs to the left of the kitchen. To the right of the kitchen and up the stairs, you’ll find another bedroom with a king and queen bed and bathroom, with a gorgeous view of the river and private deck.

When you’re not out on the river catching some prize winning trout, you and your family can enjoy the back deck with a perfect view of the river. You can also enjoy dinner on the grill and dining outside, all housed on the deck. From the deck are a set of stairs that will lead you to a floating dock that would make a perfect spot for breakfast or a quiet moment to enjoy the perfect view of the river.

  Our youngest goes to Lyon College in Batesville and instead of staying at a hotel in town for her birthday weekend we chose to look for a place on the water to accommodate more of the family. The home itself is really great! All the amenities you need and plenty of space! Although it could use some updates it’s really nice. The neighborhood it is in is very quiet. I am a dog lover but had to break up a dog fight, several dogs wandering up to the house...again I’m a huge dog lover so I enjoyed giving the attention to the dogs but not everyone will enjoy this. Overall we had a really great celebration of our daughters birthday!

  The location of the property was awesome. Not far from town which made shopping quick. The house was great I love how all the rooms already had fans in them. The only thing I wish it had was a exhaust fan for the stove in the kitchen. And I wish the down stairs toliet worked the whole time. But other than that it's great
