The first floor has three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, two living areas, dining area, kitchen and laundry room. Heading downstairs you will find the fourth bedroom and bathroom, and expansive game room with a ping pong table. Outside there is a large yard, screened in porch, deck, and a path that leads you straight to Greers Ferry Lake! The path is a little steep, but there are rope railings that make the walk easier.

  We enjoyed renting this house - it was perfect for our family. It was updated nicely and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed and the common areas were great spaces to hang out together. The absolute highlight was the water front cliffs overlooking the lake with also the ability to walk down from them to the water for those that wanted to swim. The large screened in porch was great too. Will definitely rent in the future!

  We loved the house - great view. There were 5 adults and two pre-teen children and there was more than enough room for us to spread out - which is good as the weather was too cool to be out much. We mostly ate meals in, could have used a mixing bowl and large pot for chili - very minor things considering how much we enjoyed our stay!
