GOOD TO KNOW
The basement has undergone major renovations to create a cleaner and more comfortable space, and a dedicated dehumidifier has been installed to help manage moisture year-round. For guest and property security, one exterior camera is located on the side of the garage facing the circular driveway. The camera monitors outdoor areas only and does not view or record any interior spaces.

  We had a wonderful time at the Nest in Heber Springs. The property borders the lake, which is just a one-minute walk from the back of the property. My children and our dog loved dipping their feet in the clear, warm water.
  
  Eden Isle Marina is just two miles away and has some great food options. From the marina, you can also rent a pontoon boat and feed the carp and turtles.
  
  The property was perfectly comfortable and well appointed. The outside upper deck is gated, so we were able to let our dog spend a good bit of time out there. We brought a lot of our own food, so having two refrigerators (one upstairs and one downstairs) was very convenient.
  
  The host was also very responsive. We highly recommend this lakefront property and hope to be back next year.

  We stayed at this home with our family and loved it! The location was perfect with great access to the lake. There was plenty of room, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The best part was the the back patio with a fireplace and hot tub. We will be back!
